My missions

Structure and simplify the sale of October products

Go-to-market

Collaborate with the local teams to establish and execute the go-to-market plan for the Embedded Finance products.

This involved identifying potential partners, developing outreach strategies, and coordinating with the teams to manage the lead pipeline.

Seamless integration

Work closely with the product and tech teams to ensure that all requirements were met to simplify API integrations for partners.

Also ensure that any potential issues were addressed before they could cause problems.

Monitoring

Monitor and develop existing partnerships post launch.

Create and report all relevant KPIs on signed partnerships, including inbound, incoming contracts, conversion rates, fees generated and paid, and portfolio performance.
